DFB offer custom design, fabrication and welding of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, and galvanised steel with all welding techniques: MIG, TIG, and MMA.
Metal fabrication is the design, welding and finishing of parts made from aluminium and different types of steel. All our fabrications will be finished ready for powder coating, painting, or other finishing techniques such as polishing, brushing, or textured. CAD Design
We offer CAD designs for every project, regardless of how big or small. The designs will be sent to the customer prior to manufacture to ensure that you receive exactly what you require. Any changes or amendments can then be made before we begin production, at no additional cost.
CNC Plasma Cutting
CNC plasma cutting is a sheet metal cutting technique which consists of a plasma cutting torch controlled by robotic movements to enable precise, repeatable cuts. This service is available on sheet steel (including stainless steel) up to a depth of 20mm, and aluminium up to a depth of 18mm. Custom designs and 3D models are created by our team from your requirements. They are then sent to the workshop and programmed into the CNC computer which completes the cuts from the sheet metal.
